Thought For Food, part of the Octave Living Room, represents a new frontier in mindful eating. Collaborating closely with renowned Chef Anthony Tam, we designed a 21,500 sq ft space that’s not just a restaurant but a celebration of health and taste.
The design philosophy was guided by the collaboration between chefs and a full-time licensed naturopathic doctor, ensuring that every dish is a fusion of flavor and well-being. The restaurant’s menu selection, cooking techniques, and beverage programs are all crafted to align with Octave Living’s commitment to healthy living, extending the ethos of its sister hotel, Sangha, in Suzhou.
Working in collaboration with the award-winning architect firm Tsao & McKown from New York City, Thought For Food is a harmonious blend of historic structure and modern innovation. It’s a space where culinary artistry meets mindful nourishment, reflecting the clients’ dedication to creating experiences that nourish both body and soul.
