Radisson RED Chandigarh marked the brand's debut in India, bringing the RED lifestyle concept to one of the country's most design-forward cities. The hotel required a food and beverage program that reflected both the brand's contemporary energy and India's rich culinary culture.

We were engaged to develop the full F&B strategy, concept direction, and branding for the hotel's two signature venues: REDHABA, an all-day dining restaurant, and Jiggera Bar, a ground-floor cocktail lounge.

REDHABA draws inspiration from traditional roadside dhabas, reimagined through a modern design lens. The concept celebrates the vibrant flavours of Northern Indian cuisine while creating a dining experience that feels both familiar and elevated. Our work shaped the restaurant's narrative, menu positioning, visual identity, and guest touchpoints.

Jiggera Bar was designed as a social hub for the hotel's public areas, offering craft cocktails in a relaxed, speakeasy-inspired setting. The bar's branding, collateral, and service approach were developed to support both hotel guests and local clientele throughout the day.

Our scope also included OS&E direction and uniform design, ensuring brand consistency across all guest-facing elements.
