M+ is Asia's first global museum of contemporary visual culture, located in Hong Kong's West Kowloon Cultural District. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the museum has become a major cultural destination for both international visitors and local audiences.

We were engaged by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority to develop the full food and beverage strategy and master plan for the museum's dining program. Our work defined the commercial model, operational framework, and concept direction for multiple F&B outlets across the property.

The strategy was designed to complement the museum's cultural programming while enhancing the visitor experience, ensuring M+ functions as both a world-class cultural institution and a vibrant social destination.
