Perched on the rooftop of Hotel Indigo Bandung, Karbon and Vinyl offer two contrasting yet connected experiences—one forged in flame, the other steeped in sound. Together, they redefine the city’s rooftop scene with a bold new energy.

LEVELS led the creative development for both venues, including concept, naming, branding, and full F&B collateral design, working closely with the hotel team to ensure a seamless integration of experience, design, and identity.

KARBON
A modern Asian barbecue restaurant centered around live fire cooking. Inspired by the street grills and smoky kitchens of Asia, Karbon’s menu delivers bold, flame-kissed flavors—encouraging shared plates, social dining, and casual indulgence. A lively open kitchen and charcoal grill take center stage, while DJs and live musicians keep the energy high well into the evening. At the bar, the drinks echo the fire—featuring charred garnishes, smoky infusions, and cocktails built with backbone.

VINYL
Hidden behind an unmarked door, Vinyl is a cocktail lounge designed for after-dark encounters and audiophile nights. With its low lighting, vintage hi-fi system, and record-forward playlists, Vinyl taps into the nostalgia of listening rooms while staying rooted in the now. Expect a cocktail list that riffs on classics, bottle service for those who linger late, and a curated selection of bar bites from the Karbon kitchen. This is a space built for mood, not momentum—a quiet contrast to the fire and frenzy next door.
