Emirates’ next-generation lounge concept presents a new vision for premium hospitality across the airline’s global network and its Dubai hub. First unveiled in Frankfurt and Munich, the lounges reimagine the pre-flight experience through purposeful environments for dining, working, socialising and relaxation.

Inspired by Emirates’ latest cabin interiors, the concept brings together contemporary luxury, locally influenced dining, integrated technology and restorative amenities—establishing a new benchmark for the airline’s outstation lounges.

Working closely with Emirates’ senior leadership, LEVELS led the guest-experience vision and hospitality concept development in collaboration with MMAC Design and CKP Hospitality Consultants. The team translated the experience strategy into physical spaces, shaping the guest journey, hospitality touchpoints and operational principles that underpin the new lounge model.

Following the launches in Germany, the vision will inform upcoming lounges across Europe, Africa and North America, alongside the planned transformation of Emirates’ First and Business Class lounges at Dubai International Airport.
